The treacherous terrain and lack of lighthouses had cost many sailors their lives, but no single thing in The Talons had ended as many humans as The Midnight Wavemaker, Ondallix.
Ondallix hides among the gigantic spires, camouflaged as a one of many rocky mountainous islands
- until the exact moment when night is at its dark-est. She stretches her body and huge wingspan into the sky, creating enormous tidal waves that destroy anything in their way.
